so I was looking for something to write about for my nonfiction piece and stumbled on some recent articles from the sun and chicago tribune about building a skyscraper in Evanston (?) It's going to be 'the highest skyscraper in the chicago suburbs!" lol. at like...429 feet or something. then they had a picture of what the skyline of evanston would look like with the skyscraper. haha all the other buildings are practically ground level in comparison. there were some other articles about illegal cabs in naperville. apparently some people who want to taxi just got the taxi lights and stuck them on the top of the car to be cab drivers. lol. what a crisis. omg these people don't have licenses! what will the world come to! but yeah...don't go into taxis that look like normal cars just w/ the taxi light... I'm excited for paintballing! screw the standard trip to Indiana dunes after prom. Paintballing =P w00t. ...so bored. I'm actually at work right now but no one's here so I have to stay till someone comes back since I don't have a key to lock up with. booo. I wish I were at the restaurant cuz it's not as boring and I can always get good stuff to eat if I feel really bored....no worries I have to go there in like...3 hours anyway. haha. so sad. .......dove smells so good. |
